Dear BM6000 User,

From 1st June 2022, the remote connection feature for your BM6000 via your App will no longer be supported. For continued operation, you will need to follow a simple procedure for the provision of a free replacement RM5764HD product and upgrade to the new “MyVTech Baby Pro” App.

In order to process the replacement unit, we would need the following information:

  • Model number of your current product
  • Product serial number of your current product
  • Date purchased
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • Town/City
  • County
  • Postcode
  • Country
  • Email address
  • Contact telephone number

Please email the above information to consumer_services@vtech.com and you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss the details concerning the replacement.
